Our factory-trained, in-house technicians service digital pianos, player pianos and church organs. Deliveries and moving are handled by our own experienced movers. A History of Excellence
Our company was founded by Calvin Grafton in 1963. After working as a technician for many years and managing another store he opened a small retail store in Hatfield. Offering instruments for sale was a natural progression from his service background. Much has changed since then. We’re now located in a much larger store in Souderton, with a separate warehouse and rebuilding shop. Much has remained the same. Providing quality service is still a priority. We’re still family-owned and operated. There are now three generations involved in the operation of the store. Our staff has an average of over 30 years of experience. In 2013 we celebrated 50-years as a family business, and received the NAMM (National Association of Music Merchants) 50-YEAR MILESTONE AWARD.
